events - pairs handicap

Each team was given a handicap and the event player over one night at Warden Park School on the evening of Wednesday 26th January 2011.

Teams consisted of two players who played in 4 groups of four teams per group. The top two teams of each group proceeded to the main knockout competition and the remaining teams progressed to a consolation competition.

This is a popular event and the 16 entries were received well before the completion date.

Thanks to Mel Sims, President of the Haywards Heath and District Table Tennis League, who presented the trophies to the Winners and Runners up of the main and consolation events at the end of the evening.

Phil Harvey was responsible for the excellent score sheets and Lyle Cyster again sorted out the handicap.
